What is Ninjutsu?

Will I get hurt?
It's normal to have some initial soreness as your body adjusts to the physical demands of training. However, with proper technique and guidance, you can minimize the risk of injury. Our instructors prioritize safety and will guide you through each step of the learning process. By listening to your body and gradually increasing the intensity of your training, you can enjoy a safe and rewarding martial arts journey.
What if Iām not fit enough?
Don't worry if you're not the fittest person. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We'll start you off slowly and gradually increase the intensity as you progress. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you're comfortable and challenged in the right way. Remember, everyone starts somewhere!
Am I too old to start training?
Martial arts is a lifelong journey, and it's never too late to start. Many of our students begin their training well into their adult lives. Do you do full-contact sparring?
Full-contact sparring is not a core part of our training philosophy. While we do incorporate light sparring and controlled contact drills to develop practical skills, our focus is on technique, precision, and safety. We believe that a well-rounded martial arts education includes a balance of technical proficiency and practical application.
Do you offer private lessons?
While we don't offer one-on-one private lessons, we believe that training with a variety of partners in a group setting offers significant benefits. By training with different people, you'll learn to adapt to various styles and challenges, which will ultimately enhance your overall skill development.
